Top notch work and staff! So glad I chose to bring my truck to Flatline to replace my damaged bedside on my truck. They were not a preferred vendor for my insurance but we have used them several times in the past so I knew I wanted them to do the work. They made the process with my insurance company seamless. These guys are awesome and do some incredible work! I was side swiped on my wife’s birthday. It was a hit and run down the whole rear quarter panel of my truck. It looks better than it did when I dropped it off! The customer service here is so helpful as well. Adam and Josh are very easy to work with. Kept me updated the whole way through! Flatline Autoworks is my default choice for any body work. I have been here twice for custom modifications on my Mercedes G63 AMG and they exceeded expectations both times. High quality work by a professional team that takes pride in what they do. Matt & Adam kept me in the loop and delivered the car sooner than expected and at a reasonable cost.

We had a battle with the insurance company, then waited for delayed parts, then finally the repair work, and Adam was amazing at communicating throughout the entire process as promised. Josh and Adam at Flatline are absolutely the best to work with. Extremely professional and polite, they kept me informed every step of the way and did amazing work on my 1977 Ford Bronco. With expertise in classic and modern vehicles (and having worked on a number of early Broncos), they knew exactly what they were doing and had great recommendations to help me with my vehicle restoration. I give them my highest recommendation and will go back to them for any future body or paint work that I have. I walked past this business everyday for years. I saw the quality of work first hand on the many different cars they worked on. When it came to my car needing to be fixed. It was recommended to me by Austin at Andean Chevrolet to take my 2024 Chevy Trax here after I had a minor rear end collision between trying to find the parts and waiting for the parts and dealing with the insurance company and all the in-between it took several months to get my vehicle repaired during all that time the staff at flatline Auto was absolutely tremendous. They went above and beyond helping me with every step Even going out of their way to make phone calls. Try to contact the right people try to get things straightened out they were incredible. I have never had dealings with any company that was willing to do above and beyond like they did plus they did a fabulous job repairing my vehicle

I got rear ended a few weeks ago and took my truck to Flatline Autoworks in Cumming…and I am glad I did! The repair on my truck looks phenomenal. I’m a meticulous person. I notice details. And when I saw flawless, I mean it. Not only did they FIGHT with the opposing parties adjuster to get a proper replacement done to make my truck look brand new again (insurance tried cutting corners initially to minimize cost but we ended up getting factory replacement parts in the end) BUT: I was also surprised this afternoon when I picked it up to see they had washed and detailed my truck…inside and out. My daughter’s blankets were even neatly folded in my back seat. Come to find out, it was Josh- the owner himself that cleaned my truck up for me. Folks, THAT is outstanding service! That is someone who cares about their business, and they deserve recognition for it. So if you fall victim to bad drivers in this county, I urge you to keep this local business in mind. First off the owner Josh knows his stuff! I have worked with many shops over the years, and he and his business are top notch! Adam took care of me, dealing with the insurance, and most importantly staying on top of regular communication with me. He set the appropriate expectations, and shared with me how the process would go as an experienced professional. I got my car back in about a week, and it looked just like brand new!
